Hello Beautiful Families!
It seems as if the Spring weather is slowly trying to appear! We are looking forward to all the activities that the nicer weather will bring. One of these activities will include the planting and maintenance of our playground gardens! We are hoping to have the children assist in the planting of lots of vegetables and beautiful flowers for the children to enjoy. This year we are asking for donations of soil for our gardens, as well as solar lights and vegetable plants. Last year we were so blessed with the amount of donations we received and are hoping for another prosperous season!
Our summer student staff have started their employment at West Oakville Preschool Centre! Please join us in welcoming them to our facility. All of our summer staff have received their First Aid/CPR Certification, are fully vaccinated and have a valid Police Check with vulnerable sector screening, so your children will be surrounded by safe, caring young individuals looking to further their studies. Our team is providing the summer staff with adequate training so that your children will be in the best care possible.
In other news, we are well on our way into the incorporation of the new Spring/Summer Menu for 2023 with Wholesome Kids Catering. So far, the children are really enjoying the food provided by them on a daily basis.
We are pleased to announce that “Nice Photography” will be returning this year to take beautiful photos of all of the children on Wednesday, June 7th! Please stay tuned for more information to follow!
