Preschool Program

      The Preschool program is Licensed for Children from 2.5 years to 5 years of age.

The adult to child ratio is 1:8 with a maximum class size of 16.

 

The West Oakville Preschool program is designed to build your child’s independent skills. The program introduces your child to academic learning, develops social skills and nurtures love and respect of the world. The preschool program is designed to develop creative, fine motor, cognitive, sensory, science, reading, drama and gross motor skills.

 

The Preschool Program is divided in to two parts.

 

A) Preschool One – Features the Panda theme for children from 2.5 years to 3.5 years of age.
B) Preschool Two – Features the Bear Club Theme for children from 3.75 years to 5 years of age.

 

Preschool One

Children 2.5 years to 3.5 years

This is a junior preschool program. This program is for the preschool child who will be attending Kindergarten. In this program, children have developed their independence skills and begin to rely on rules and routines. They enjoy elaborate circles and crave challenges. The Panda Teachers implement a program to get parent and child, ready for Kindergarten.

 

THE PANDAS: PRESCHOOL ONE PROGRAM – DAILY ROUTINE

Preschool Two

Children 3.75 years to 5 years

This is a senior preschool program. This program is for the curious kindergartner. In this program, children have developed their cognitive skills and begins to think about everything and in new ways. They crave learning and enjoy going to school. The Bear Club Teachers implement a program that stimulates children’s interest and fosters their explorative learning.
